Abstract
This paper
challenges the conventional interpretation of solar wind velocity as a
low-energy plasma flow (typically 400–800 km/s) by re-evaluating it under both Quranic
and scientific frameworks. It argues that the true solar transmission
velocity, in the context of energy reaching the Earth, must correspond to
the speed of light (c = 3×10⁸ m/s) rather than the slower mechanical
plasma drift.
The Quran emphasizes the uniformity of solar power (“light and heat
distributed equally upon Earth”) as part of Divine balance. This constancy
aligns with electromagnetic propagation, not with variable solar wind dynamics.
Through an analytical and Quranic exploration, this paper distinguishes between
photon-based energy transmission (instantaneous and constant) and massive
particle flow (dynamic and variable), while reflecting on verses affirming
that Allah’s ordained systems operate with precision, balance, and constancy.

The solar
wind is conventionally defined as a stream of charged particles—mainly
protons and electrons—emitted from the Sun’s corona. Space physicists measure
its average velocity at approximately v = 4×10⁵ m/s (400 km/s).
However, the energy that reaches and sustains life on Earth—the solar
radiation—travels at v = c = 3×10⁸ m/s, the velocity of light.
The
confusion arises when solar activity is discussed without clear
distinction between energy propagation and particle movement.

🌌 Linguistic and Conceptual Expansion
1. الَّذِي خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ طِبَاقًا
“He who
created seven heavens in layers.”
- “Sab‘a samāwāt” indicates multiple
dimensions or strata of existence — physical, atmospheric, spiritual,
and cosmological layers.
- “Ṭibāqan” (perfectly matched layers)
suggests a structured system with interlocking harmony, where each
level supports and corresponds to another.
🔹 Scientific
Reflection:
This reflects the layered nature of the universe — atmosphere,
magnetosphere, ionosphere, planetary orbits, galactic fields, and cosmic
dimensions.
Each layer functions without interference, preserving dynamic
equilibrium.
🔹 ADNS
Interpretation:
In the Al-Asr Dynamic Number System, this mirrors multi-level
dimensions of time-space balance, where each “heaven” is an energy-frequency
layer with its own zero balance point.
Mathematically, these layers can be imagined as:

Hence, “seven heavens” symbolize completeness in dynamic symmetry, with zero
as the universal center of order.
2. مَا تَرَىٰ فِى خَلْقِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ
مِن تَفَاوُتٍ
“You do
not see in the creation of the Most Merciful any inconsistency.”
- “Tafāwut” means disparity, flaw,
or non-uniformity.
The verse declares that Divine creation is free of any imbalance, irregularity, or contradiction.
🔹 Scientific
Insight:
The Quran anticipates the precision of natural laws — from atomic
symmetry to cosmic orbits. Every phenomenon operates within deterministic
mathematical consistency.
🔹 ADNS
Correlation:
In ADNS, tafāwut = deviation from zero balance.
But the Quran asserts that in the creation of the Most Merciful, no variable
exceeds its equilibrium:

Every gain has a corresponding counterbalance; every particle has its
antiparticle; every positive polarity aligns with a negative one.
Thus, Divine Mercy (Raḥmah) manifests as perfect equilibrium, the zero-point
harmony of the cosmos.
3. فَارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ هَلْ تَرَىٰ مِن فُطُورٍ
“So return
your vision: do you see any breaks?”
- “Farji‘ al-baṣar” is an invitation to scientific
inquiry and observation.
The Quran commands reflection — to look, re-look, verify, and measure. - “Fuṭūr” (cracks or faults) implies
structural or logical defect — any break in Divine proportion.
🔹 Physics
Connection:
Despite immense cosmic complexity, all systems obey continuous laws — no
cracks in causality or gaps in lawfulness.
Even at the Planck scale, quantum events follow statistical order.
🔹 ADNS
Meaning:
“Fuṭūr” would represent a rupture in the continuity of number flow — a
violation of the event balance around zero.
But in ADNS, zero is dynamic, not static; therefore, creation is a
continuous sequence of balanced transitions — never ruptured, only
transforming.
4. ثُمَّ ٱرْجِعِ ٱلْبَصَرَ كَرَّتَيْنِ
“Then
return your vision twice again.”
- This repetition encourages experimental
verification — a Quranic principle of empirical science: test,
repeat, and observe.
- “Karratayni” (twice) symbolizes
recurrence and cyclic inquiry — an infinite loop of learning.
🔹 Scientific
Interpretation:
Observation and re-observation are the basis of scientific validation —
consistent with the Quran’s encouragement of reflection (tafakkur).
🔹 ADNS
View:
Repetition corresponds to time symmetry and feedback.
Each cycle of observation refines perception, bringing it closer to zero
distortion — the truth of dynamic balance.
Thus, knowledge progresses asymptotically toward the Divine zero —
perfect awareness that only Allah possesses.
5. يَنقَلِبْ إِلَيْكَ الْبَصَرُ خَاسِئًا وَهُوَ
حَسِيرٌ
“Your
vision will return to you humbled and fatigued.”
- “Khāsi’an” — subdued, unable to find
flaw.
- “Ḥasīr” — exhausted, limited in
capacity.
Even human intellect, after all observation, must acknowledge the infinite perfection of Divine order.
🔹 Scientific
View:
No matter how far technology advances — telescopes, microscopes, or quantum
detectors — the unified balance of nature remains awe-inspiring and
incomprehensibly vast.
🔹 ADNS
Interpretation:
Human observation is a finite process; it can approach but never
encompass the zero-point totality of Divine design.
The Dynamic Zero — source and balance of all events — remains beyond
full human perception:

Thus, the observer returns humbled (khāsiʾan), realizing his position

🌌 Spiritual Reflection

of verses beautifully merges faith and physics:
- The Divine Creator
establishes the universe in perfect balance — from galaxies to DNA
strands.
- No tafāwut (disorder) and no fuṭūr (discontinuity)
exist — everything functions in harmonious polarity.
- The human observer,
though intelligent, remains finite — capable of perceiving patterns but
not the total dynamic zero that sustains them.
In Al-Asr
Dynamic Number System (ADNS), this expresses the law of continuous
perfection:

All Events (Positive + Negative) = 0
]
This “zero” is not emptiness — it is Living Balance, the signature of
the Most Merciful (ar-Raḥmān).
🌙 Conclusion
Surah
Al-Mulk (67:3–4)
encapsulates the Divine philosophy of balance, observation, and humility:
- Creation is layered and structured
(Sab‘ Samāwāt Ṭibāqan).
- No imbalance exists in Allah’s design (lā
tafāwut).
- Observation and re-observation are commanded (farji‘
al-baṣar).
- The mind returns humbled, recognizing its limits
(khāsiʾan wa ḥasīr).
This is
both a scientific challenge and a spiritual reminder:
the universe is an unbroken, symmetrical equation of Divine Mercy — the Dynamic
Zero of ADNS.
