- Gratitude activates the brain’s reward system,
especially the ventral tegmental area (VTA) and medial
prefrontal cortex
- Regular gratitude practices increase dopamine, serotonin,
and oxytocin
- Enhances emotional resilience, decreases
depression, and strengthens relationships

making individuals more optimistic and mentally stable
- Promotes moral behavior, forgiveness, and
community trust
🌀
3.3 Shukr in ADNS (Al-Asr Dynamic Number System)
In ADNS, each number represents a
time-bound event with polarity. Shukr plays a role in polarity correction
and energy conservation.
ADNS
Phase |
Impact
of Shukr |
Past (-) |
Reframes loss as growth |
Zero (0) |
Turns reflection into redirection |
Future (+) |
Energizes forward momentum |
🔹 Shukr = Dynamic
amplifier that turns entropy into energy, loss into legacy.
4.
Conclusion: Shukr as a Divine and Scientific Practice
Shukr in the Quran is more than
