Introduction

In classical science, space (x, y, z) and time (t) provide the framework for where and when an event occurs. With the ADNS addition of sign (σ), we understand the direction and value of that event.

But how do we measure the scale of the event?
How do we differentiate between macro-level actions and pico-scale vibrations?

That’s where the sixth element of ADNS comes in:

ℓ = Level of Precision and Scale

Just as a microscope helps us see cells and an electron microscope reveals atoms, Level (ℓ) in ADNS allows us to scale our understanding of events from visible to invisible, slow to instant, gross to subtle.

4.1 What is Level (ℓ) in ADNS?

ADNS divides all events into 5 operational levels, based on the precision of time and space:

Level

Scale Name

Precision Range

Examples

0

Human / Macro

10⁰ to 10⁻²

Walking, driving, economics

1

Milli

10⁻³ to 10⁻⁵

Sensor detection, pulse timing

2

Micro

10⁻⁶ to 10⁻⁸

Brain signals, microbes

3

Nano

10⁻⁹ to 10⁻¹¹

DNA folding, nano-drug delivery

4

Pico

10⁻¹² to 10⁻¹⁴

Photon transfer, quantum collapse

The lower the level, the more coarse the event.
The higher the level, the more precise and subtle the event.

4.2 Quranic Hint: From the Seen to the Unseen

وَعِندَهُ مَفَاتِحُ الْغَيْبِ... وَمَا تَسْقُطُ مِن وَرَقَةٍ إِلَّا يَعْلَمُهَا
“With Him are the keys of the unseen… and not a leaf falls but He knows it.” (Qur’an 6:59)

This verse implies that every event, whether large or small, seen or hidden, is recorded and meaningful — across all levels of scale.

4.3 Real-Life Examples Across Levels

🔹 Level 0 – Human Scale

  • Walking from one room to another
  • Economic transaction (gain/loss)
  • Visible light switching off

Event: (x, y, z, t, σ, ℓ=0)

🔹 Level 1 – Milli Precision

  • A drop of insulin measured in mL
  • Pulse sensor detecting 3.5 ms heartbeat delay

Event: (x, y, z, t, ±, ℓ=1)

🔹 Level 2 – Micro Dynamics

  • Brain neuron firing in 12 μs
  • Cell migration tracked in microseconds

Event: (x, y, z, t, +, ℓ=2)

🔹 Level 3 – Nano Transformations

  • RNA folding before protein synthesis
  • Nano-robots delivering medicine to a tumor

Event: (x, y, z, t, +, ℓ=3)

🔹 Level 4 – Pico Moments

  • Collapse of a quantum waveform
  • Photon triggering chemical change in retina
  • Signal transmission in quantum entanglement

Event: (x, y, z, t, ±, ℓ=4)

These events are not just invisible — they are hyper-fast, often happening in 10⁻¹² seconds or faster.

4.4 Why Level Matters

In classical math:

All operations assume equal scale.
In ADNS:
Every operation is level-aware.

Example:

  • A delay of 5 seconds in a bus ride (ℓ=0) is minor
  • A delay of 5 microseconds in neuron firing (ℓ=2) may cause a seizure
  • A delay of 5 picoseconds in laser pulse (ℓ=4) could destroy nano-hardware

Without , math cannot understand urgency, importance, or invisibility.

4.5 Events that Cross Levels

Some events start in one level and finish in another:

Triggered At

Completed At

Example

ℓ=4 (Pico)

ℓ=0 (Human)

A quantum spark causes an emotional reaction

ℓ=1 (Milli)

ℓ=3 (Nano)

A physical medicine activates nano-medicine

ℓ=2 (Micro)

ℓ=2–3

Thought triggers eye movement

This scale chain proves that Al-Asr is active at every level, and time flows across dimensions, not just through seconds.

Summary

Element

Meaning in ADNS

ℓ = 0

Human activity, daily action

ℓ = 1

Sensors, machines, pulse rhythms

ℓ = 2

Brain, bio-signals, nerve transmission

ℓ = 3

Molecular biology, nanotech

ℓ = 4

Quantum level, divine transitions, pure energy

In ADNS, Level (ℓ) is how we zoom into the Divine Design.
